This option offers the client the flexibility of hiring a contractual consultant who may become a permanent employee at a later time decided by the client.
This offers an excellent option for clients who are unsure of the duration of the project or who may wish to scrutinize a potential employee on a more detailed level. Typically – after a 9-12 month contract, the hiring fee is waived. |
